Is there any information regarding Madge Breese, who made the first ever recording of the Welsh National Anthem in 1899?

Very little is known about Madge Breese, however there is a bibliographical entry in the journal ‘Welsh Music’ (volume 9; number 7, Winter 1994/95, page 51) which notes:

“Madge Breese was the first to make a sound recording in the Welsh language at Maiden Lane on 11th March 1899. Miss Breese was probably a music student in London at the time”.
