Does the National Library of Wales microfilm current incoming newspapers?

Up until December 2009 most daily and weekly newspapers published in Wales were microfilmed. However as of January 2010 all microfilming has stopped.
Old collections of newspapers that may have been bought by the Library or arrived here by some other means since January 2010 have also not been microfilmed.
